НЕ ЗАБУДЕМ И ПОЗДРАВИТЬ АРХИТЕКТОРОВ УКРАИНЫ
Сегодня, 1 июля, в России отмечается День ветеранов боевых действий. Это день всех тех, чьи судьбы опалила война, кто с оружием в руках ВЫПОЛНЯЛ СВОЙ ИНТЕРНАЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ ДОЛГ. Локальные конфликты, боевые спецоперации, полномасштабные войны – всё это часть большой военной истории нашей страны. Чтобы делать выводы из ошибок прошлого, разрабатывать новые доктрины и стратегии, крайне важно учитывать боевой опыт, приобретавшийся в ходе самых различных вооружённых конфликтов, в которых приходилось участвовать российским (советским) военнослужащим и добровольцам. Не менее важным является сохранение уважения к ветеранам боевых действий, к тем, кто стоял на страже интересов Отечества.
Ветераны боевых действий – это участники войны на Корейском полуострове, во Вьетнаме, Афганистане, Чеченской Республике, те, кто участвовал в ходе конфликтов на берегах Днестра, в Абхазии, Южной Осетии. Это добровольцы, противостоявшие распространению терроризма в Ботлихском и Цумадинском районах Дагестана; добровольцы, которые защищают многострадальное население Донбасса. На днях в России было принято важное решение. После обращения дагестанских добровольцев к Владимиру Путину в ходе прямой линии, решено присвоить тем гражданским лицам, кто сражался с террористическим бандами под Ботлихом, статус участников боевых действий. Важно это в первую очередь в связи с тем, что обозначает уважение со стороны народа и государства к людям, которые, рискуя жизнями, выполнили долг по защите не только своей малой Родины, но и всей России. Ведь сложно себе представить, что в конечном итоге произошло бы в 1999-м и впоследствии, если бы местное население Дагестана не встало плечом к плечу против распространения террористической заразы.
В этот день «Военное обозрение» публикует слова благодарности в адрес всех ветеранов боевых действий в погонах и добровольцев. Вечная память тем, кто не вернулся с полей сражений.

MEN! REMEMBER WITHOUT CLINKING GLASSES. HAPPY VETERANS DAY!
Today, July 1, Russia celebrates the day of veterans of military operations. This is the day of all those whose destinies were scorched by the war, who PERFORMED their INTERNATIONAL DUTY with weapons in their hands. Local conflicts, special operations, and full-scale wars are all part of our country's great military history. In order to draw conclusions from the mistakes of the past and develop new doctrines and strategies, it is extremely important to take into account the combat experience gained during the various armed conflicts in which Russian (Soviet) military personnel and volunteers had to participate. It is equally important to maintain respect for veterans of military operations, for those who stood guard over the interests of the Fatherland.
Combat veterans are participants in the war on the Korean Peninsula, Vietnam, Afghanistan, the Chechen Republic, and those who participated in conflicts on the banks of the Dniester river, in Abkhazia, and South Ossetia. These are volunteers who opposed the spread of terrorism in the Botlikh and Tsumadinsky districts of Dagestan; volunteers who protect the long-suffering population of Donbass. An important decision was made in Russia recently. After the appeal of Dagestani volunteers to Vladimir Putin in a direct line, it was decided to assign the status of participants in hostilities to those civilians who fought with terrorist gangs near Botlikh. This is important first of all because it means respect from the people and the state for people who, risking their lives, fulfilled their duty to protect not only their small homeland, but also the whole of Russia. After all, it is difficult to imagine what would eventually have happened in 1999 and later, if the local population of Dagestan did not stand shoulder to shoulder against the spread of the terrorist infection.
On this day, "Military review" publishes words of gratitude to all military veterans in uniform and volunteers. Eternal memory to those who did not return from the battlefields.
ПОЗДРАВЛЯЮ С ДНЁМ АРХИТЕКТОРА УКРАИНЫ
Ещё, с одним праздником поздравляю жителей братской Украины. Для многих она не просто братская, для многих - это Родина. Только для нынешней путинской клики, Украина и украинцы, стали врагами! .
Украина является одним из государств, где переплелась архитектура разных времен. Разнообразие стилей добавляет красоту и уникальность этой стране. Великолепные храмы, старинные здания дополняют современную архитектуру Украины. Романский стиль и барокко, готика и ренессанс, византийский и ионийский стиль – всему нашлось свое гармоничное место. Специалистам данной отрасли посвящен профессиональный праздник.
День архитектуры Украины празднуется 1 июля. Ежегодное проведение данного события закреплено 17 июня 1995 года Указом президента Л.Д. Кучмы № 456/95 «О Дне архитектуре Украины». В 2020 году его справляют 26-й раз.
Событие отмечают все, кто имеет отношение к архитектуре. Это архитекторы в области ландшафта и дизайна, зданий и сооружений, малых форм и так далее, а также любители архитектурного искусства.
После окончания войны 1941-1945 гг. единому и неделимому народу необходимо было выстроить города, воссоздать разрушенные и построить новые здания, памятники и храмы. В 1946 году Международный союз архитекторов, с целью придания значимости профессии градостроителя, учредил Всемирный день архитектуры – 1 июля.
17 июня 1995 г. президент Украины издал указ о праздновании национального Дня архитектуры в день аналогичного международного события, в первое число второго летнего месяца. Спустя год на заседании в Барселоне Генеральная ассамблея Международного союза архитекторов решила изменить дату Всемирного дня архитектуры. Было принято решение перенести ее на первый понедельник октября, приурочив к празднованию Всемирного дня жилища, который проходил под эгидой ООН.
Президент Украины Л.Д. Кучма решил не менять утвержденную дату. Подписанный указ является действующим, несмотря на то, что его текст имеет некоторые юридические противоречия.
Архитектор – это специалист, разрабатывающий планы зданий и их фасадов. Он проектирует не только архитектурный вид (внешнее пространство), но и все детали, включая внутреннее пространство. Помимо трудолюбия, такой работник должен обладать невероятным терпением и неординарным талантом. Его главная задача – разработать план здания, который органично впишется в окружающую среду.
Всему миру известен «Дом с химерами» архитектора В. Городецкого, находящийся в Киеве. Его сравнивают с домами А. Гауди, Корбюзье и Нотр-Дамом. Свою славу он получил, поскольку был возведен в стиле модерн из цемента на участке-обрыве.
HAPPY UKRAINIAN ARCHITECT'S DAY
I also congratulate the residents of fraternal Ukraine on one more holiday. For many, it is not just fraternal, for many-it is the Motherland. Only for the current Putin clique, Ukraine and the Ukrainians have become enemies! Ukraine is one of the countries where architecture of different times is intertwined. The variety of styles adds beauty and uniqueness to this country. Magnificent temples and ancient buildings complement the modern architecture of Ukraine. Romanesque and Baroque, Gothic and Renaissance, Byzantine and Ionian styles-all found their harmonious place. A professional holiday is dedicated to the specialists of this industry.
Architecture day of Ukraine is celebrated on July 1. Annual holding of this event is fixed on June 17, 1995 by the decree of the President L. D. Kuchma No. 456/95 "On the day of architecture of Ukraine". In 2020, it is celebrated for the 26th time.
The event is celebrated by everyone who is related to architecture. These are architects in the field of landscape and design, buildings and structures, small forms, and so on, as well as lovers of architectural art.
After the end of the war of 1941-1945, the United and indivisible people had to build cities, reconstruct the destroyed ones and build new buildings, monuments and temples. In 1946, the international Union of architects, in order to give importance to the profession of urban planner, established the world architecture day-July 1.
On June 17, 1995, the President of Ukraine issued a decree on the celebration of the national day of architecture on the day of a similar international event, on the first day of the second summer month. A year later, at a meeting in Barcelona, the General Assembly of the International Union of architects decided to change the date of world architecture day. It was decided to move it to the first Monday in October, to coincide with the celebration of world housing day, which was held under the auspices of the UN.
President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma decided not to change the approved date. The signed decree is valid, despite the fact that its text has some legal contradictions.
An architect is a specialist who develops plans for buildings and their facades. It designs not only the architectural appearance (exterior space), but also all the details, including the interior space. In addition to hard work, such an employee must have incredible patience and extraordinary talent. Its main task is to develop a building plan that will fit seamlessly into the environment.
The whole world knows the "house with chimeras" by architect V. Gorodetsky, located in Kiev. It is compared to the houses of A. Gaudi, Corbusier and Notre Dame. It got its fame because it was built in the art Nouveau style of cement on the site-a cliff.
